Jail for ‘disgusting’ slave drivers

Three Romanian brothers who forced building site labourers to live in squalor while they were working as slaves have been jailed for a total of 28 years. Valentin Lupu, 24, along with Grigore, 39, and Alexandru, 43, made up to £2.5m by picking victims in bars in their homeland and promising them a better life in the UK.
