A ‘cynical’ conman who made bogus travel insurance claims for flights across the world has been jailed for 16 months. Joshua Moorcroft, 27, dreamt up excuses including car accidents on the way to airports or disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic to rake in more than £75,000.
