Scientist to stand trial for causing man’s death

A scientist for Public Health England will stand trial in October charged with causing a man’s death by dangerous driving. Ibnu Rizwan, 28, was driving a black Volkswagen Polo when he collided with David Joseph Evans in Minories in the City of London on 8 August 2021. Mr Evans died from his injuries four days later.
