Jail for lockdown bicycle thief

A thief who stole a key worker’s bicycle during lockdown has been jailed for the ‘mean and dangerous’ offence. Wayne Brown, 37, jumped over the hedge of Hammersmith’s Ark Conway Primary Academy and stole a £500 bike from teacher James Elliot on 30 March.
