Jail for phone snatcher

A phone snatcher who grabbed 21 mobiles from pedestrian’s hands as he rode by on a moped has been jailed for three years and four months. Cavell Hutson, 21, and an accomplice sped down busy streets on bike with dummy plates for an hour-long crime spree.
