A prison inmate who ran a dealing empire from his cell with the help of his mother was ordered to pay back just £1. Alexander Mullings, 34, headed a gang who smuggled Spice, crack, cannabis and the designer drug U-47,000, known as ‘pink heroin’ into prisons including HMP Swaleside in Kent.
