Judge says Quran burning is not a criminal offence

An activist who burned a Quran in front of the Turkish consulate has successfully overturned his conviction for a racially aggravated public order offence by a judge said he was exercising his right to free speech. Hamet Coskun, 51, held the burning holy book aloft outside his home country’s embassy building on 13 February.
