Judge tells drunk: ‘Don’t stand up – you’ll fall down.’

A drunken man due to be sentenced for assaulting a supermarket manager was warned by a judge not to stand as he was being spoken to in case he fell over in the dock. Marius Bukauskas, 39, had been asked by the manager of Sunny’s supermarket, Jacob Abraham, to stop banging on one of the store’s windows.
