Killer BMW driver confused accelerator with the brake

A BMW driver killed a pedestrian when she lost control and pressed the accelerator instead of the brake, a court heard. Law student Raveena Raizada, 23, had a passenger in the front seat when she fatally hit Manjit Singh Khaira, 59, on Hayes Road, Southall, west London.
