‘Killer driver’ faces trial

A father-of-three who got out of his car on the M4 was killed when he was hit by a dangerous driver, a court heard. Sivanesvan Kandasamy, 47, stopped his Skoda Octavia after hitting Amin Fazal, 49, and collapsed in shock on the side of the road.
