Killer of ice cream man Shazad Khan will claim diminished responsibility

A man accused of stabbing a popular ice cream seller to death has denied murder. Shazad Khan, 41, was killed in Monks Parks, Wembley, on 19 August last year. Mr Khan, a married man with a young daughter, was treated for stab wounds but died at the scene.
