A Latvian serial flasher who exposed himself repeatedly to commuters at Tube stations is facing jail. Hotel worker Maris Lipkovs, 47, exposed his penis at stations across London, at Baker Street, Brondesbury Park, Blackhorse Road and Royal Oak in a period between 24 November 2020 and 22 September 2021.
