Let-off for drug dealer’s bag man

A builder caught delivering £80,000 to a ketamine dealer has walked free from court. Richard Snell, 36, was seen meeting up with Jamie McDade and handing him a bag crammed with bank notes in Bournemouth, Dorset, on 5 March.
