A hotel migrant who spent his days drunkenly harassing passengers at Victoria train station has escaped jail for groping a woman’s bottom as she shopped with her partner. Ragunathan Subramaniam, 53, assaulted the shocked woman at the shopping centre in at the station on 25 October 2024.
