A mechanic who helped fuel a wave of motorcycle thefts across London by stripping and selling on stolen bikes has been spared jail. Dean Orrow, 30, rented a lockup from the Peabody Estate Trust in Southwark, as well as a garage on the Bemerton Estate and on Collier Street in Barnsbury, north London.
