Off duty cop ‘assaulted woman’

A Met Police officer accused of raping a woman while off-duty appeared in court. PC James Brown, 26, allegedly carried out the attack in Southwark in January 2025. He was arrested on 2 April that year but released on bail as enquiries were conducted.
