Moroccan groped woman at Buck House

A Moroccan tourist sexually assaulted a woman outside Buckingham Palace, a court heard. Rachid Nejjar, 71, was allegedly spotted ‘fiddling’ with his private parts before the incident near the Royal Mews on 18 July. Police officers stationed outside the palace claim they saw the pensioner assaulting the woman – whose identity is not know. Nejjar was arrested nearby on Constitution Hill.
