Mourner ‘expected to die after funeral attack’

An elderly man is ‘expected to die any minute now’ in hospital after his nephew savagely attacked him at a family funeral, a court heard. Frank Baker, 39, allegedly battered uncle Mark Baker with two other men while they prepared to bury a relative in Peacock Close, Walthamstow, on 19 April.
