A kitchen run by a celebrity restaurateur’s food company was found to be covered in mouse droppings, a court heard. The ICA Bar was owned by Peyton & Byrne Ltd, a firm co-owned by BBC personality and food critic Oliver Peyton, who is a judge on the Great British Menu.
