Mum and son ‘blew fraud money on foreign holidays’

A mother and son who laundered tens of thousands of pounds from potential investors spent the money on cars and holidays to Mexico, a court heard. Health worker Mandy Cross, 59, helped son Sean, 30, to launder nearly £90,000 from a so-called ‘boiler room fraud’, ruining the Christmas of one investor who lost over £300,000.
