‘Mustang Sally’ in court for cruelty to horses
A horse owner known as ‘Mustang Sally’ allowed two animals to become infected and lame after she failed to care for them properly, a court heard. Sally Chilman-Hay, 57, denies trimming her two horses hooves excessively and failing to treat them after they became infected.
