Night bus driver accused of careless driving death

A night bus driver who hit and killed a pedestrian has denied causing death by careless driving. Dean Ruffle, 51, hit Leonardo Aceveco-Guiterrez in his N89 bus at around 5am on Prince of Wales Road at the junction of St Germans Place, Blackheath, on 19 April 2015.
