An Isis fanatic planned to kill Theresa May in a suicide bombing outside Downing Street, a court heard. Naa’imur Rahman, 20, plotted to detonate explosives at the security gates of number 10 in a ‘full frontal assault’ and kill the prime minister on 28 November last year, it is alleged.
