No show for pension manager accused of £1 million theft

A pension fund manager at one of the richest local authorities in the country failed to appear in court on charges he stole more than £1m from his employer. Ian Woodall, 45, allegedly abused his position and siphoned off £1,075,375.34 from Westminster Cirty Council between 2009 and 2012.
