Nurse forged certificates

A nurse who forged a training certificate for qualifications he already had after losing his own has been handed a caution order. Jason Lynn submitted a certificate claiming to have passed ‘Package 4’ when applying to a role at Thornbury Nursing Services in Leicestershire.
