A nursing manager touched a healthcare assistant’s bottom and said he was ‘paid to be eye-candy’, a hearing was told. Jill Farnworth called her colleague her ‘blue-eyed boy’ and shoved her chest against his shoulder, the Nursing and Midwifery Council heard.
