A senior firearms officer today (mon) commended the actions of colleagues who killed a convicted terrorist 62 seconds after he began his attack on members of the public. Sudesh Amman, 20, was shot dead by two surveillance officers after knifing two pedestrians with a blade he stole from a shop on Streatham High Road on 2 February 2020.
