A serial burglar was spared jail by a sympathetic judge after bungling officials mistakenly brought his brother to court twice in a row. Glaswegian Patrick Tobin, 54, was set to join sibling Richard, 47, behind bars for grabbing a diamond ring and £5,000 in cash during a two-year burglary spree.
