Oligarch wins High Court battle

The husband of a Tory donor has defeated a billionaire Vladimir Putin ally in a multi million pound legal battle after claiming gangsters took over his Moscow textile factory. Vladimir Chernukhin, 49, and Oleg Deripaska, 50, slogged it out at the High Court in central London for more than a month.
