A woman was caught sneaking out of Selfridges with mens’ clothing worth more than £2,000, a court heard. Angela Nicola, 48, was stopped by security staff as she tried to leave the famous department store in London’s Oxford Circus on 23 July 2019. Nicola was caught with garments worth £2,247, hidden under her coat, it was said. She appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ court via video link from HMP Bronzefield and spoke to confirm her name.
