  An optometrist claimed laser eye surgery was ‘mandatory’ for RAF pilots and failed to explain the risks of the treatment, a hearing was told today (tues). John Margetts made a series of false claims to an undercover BBC reporter posing as a patient at Optical Express in Bristol in September 2015.
