Pack of 40 dogs roamed in filth at traveller’s site

Two travellers caused unnecessary suffering to 40 dogs by leaving them surrounded by rubbish and animal waste at a site under a flyover, a court heard. Patrick O’Donnell, 57, and Simon O’Donnell, 34, are accused of mistreating the animals under the West Way in Stable Way, Shepherd’s Bush, between 1 September 2021 and 25 January 2022.
