Pawnbroker told undercover cop to steal from nearby Hermès shop

  A crooked pawnbroker caught in a police sting buying luxury handbags and watches was jailed for 16 months today (tues). Mattia Dal-Pont, 36, paid undercover officers £16,200 for Rolex watches and Hermès bags. Dal-Pont was investigated after cleaner Charisse Montes, 32, swiped eight Hublot and Rolex watches worth up to £65,000 each from a rotating cabinet in Timur Sardarov’s master bedroom.
