A builder who bought a £20,000 Mercedes with a loan he never paid back was jailed for 10 months. Ovidiu-Olimpiu Latco, 25, purchased a luxury second hand Mercedes Benz C-Class after borrowing cash from car finance company Moneyway in September 2015.
