Pervert harassed lollipop lady outside Rees-Mogg school

A pensioner who terrorised a lollipop lady outside a leading prep school is facing jail. Mukesh Vala, 66, shouted vile abuse at Westminster Under School crossing attendant Julie Khames leaving her too terrified to work. He also attacked the school’s deputy headmaster and several medical professionals. Vala’s campaign of harassment took place when he was already subject to a suspended prison sentence.
