Perverted pensioner claims he has dementia

A pensioner who groaned ‘ay, ay, ay’ as he squeezed a woman’s breast claims he is now suffering from dementia, a court heard. Majed Mansour, 76, hugged the 48-year-old woman twice before sexually assaulting her at Embankment Underground Station. Claiming he was lost, Mansour stopped the victim and her elderly mother on March 12 and asked for directions to Edgware Road.
