Pharma company admits failing to assess risk of drips in baby death case

A pharmaceutical company accused of supplying contaminated drip feeds linked to the deaths of three babies has admitted failing to assess the risk of their products. ITH Pharma Ltd, based in Wembley, was charged accused after the children died and around 20 others needed treatment at several hospitals across the UK.
