Plumbing boss was on the nick

A branch manager of a plumbing supplier paid for his crippling gambling addiction by stealing £40,000, a court heard. Joseph McDonagh, 42, wagered a fortune online while managing City Plumbing Supplies on Streatham High Street, where he was responsible for depositing cash at the bank every week.
