Public masturbator shocked McDonald’s customer

A compulsive masturbator was caught pleasuring himself in the street and then in a McDonald’s toilet, a court heard. Paul Robinson, 48, was first seen with his jogging trousers around his ankles at 8:30am on a weekday morning in the downstairs communal entrance to a building.
