Queen queue groper is compulsive flasher

A mourner queuing to see the Queen lying in state was groped by a compulsive flasher, a court heard. Adeshine Adio, 20, exposed himself at Victoria Tower Gardens near Westminster Abbey on 14 September. He then jumped into the Thames in a futile attempt to evade the police.
