Racist viscount back behind bars

The racist viscount who offered £5,000 for someone to ‘accidentally’ run over Brexit campaigner Gina Miller is back behind bars today (FRI) after dropping his appeal when he was warned he faces even longer in prison. Rhodri Colwyn Philipps, 50, was initially jailed for 12 weeks last month for posing a string of offensive Facebook rants. The 4th Viscount St Davids declared that immigrants should ‘go back to their stinking jungles’ and offered £2,000 to ‘carve up’ an African father-of-eight….
