Raider ‘tied victim to chair and stole PS4’

A burglar victim was tied to a chair with a skipping rope and beaten by a raider who took his PS4, a court heard. Fereall Francois, 24, allegedly threatened Philip Hilson with three knives as he ransacked his west London home.
