Rampaging Bull Terrier spared the death penalty

An English Bull Terrier savaged a dachshund and left him for dead 18 months after mauling another dog – but she will not be put down. Rampaging pet ‘Pepper’ broke loose while her owner’s partner smoked a cigarette in the front garden.
