A judge has ordered further psychiatric reports on an 86-year-old driver who killed a grandmother when he ploughed into a charity shop. Volunteer Mary Hambrook, 67, died after she was trapped under James Harris’ car in Give2Give on Queensway, Petts Wood, south London on 11 August last year.
