Resturant raider faces jail for diamond theft

A burglar is set to join his brother behind bars after he was caught stealing a diamond from a steakhouse. Glaswegian Patrick Tobin, 54, is facing jail after burgling a number of restaurants over a two year period His brother Richard, 47, was mistakenly brought to Southwark Crown Court from prison today (weds) in his place.
