SANTOS: DRUG ADDICT DECOMPOSED FOR THREE DAYS IN HOSTEL

KENSINGTON, SOUTHWEST LONDON

The body of a Portuguese drug addict decomposed in a hostel for three days before it was discovered, an inquest heard today (weds).

Celia Santos, 49 was found lying
