Sausage specialist denies supplying horsemeat

A sausage and salami supplier accused of flogging horsemeat as beef has denied any knowledge of the scam. Andronicos Sideras, 55, was allegedly part of a ring of dodgy dealers who conspired to sell the contaminated meat concoction between January and November 2012.
