Selfridges thief sneaked knife into police cell

A thief who sneaked a knife into a police cell after stealing a tourist’s bag has been jailed for 32 weeks. Liibaan Rayaleh, 25, was spotted by security targeting an unsuspecting shopper in Selfridges in London’s Oxford Street on 4 August.
