Serco employed convicted terrorist as binman

A convicted Al-Qaeda terrorist who was jailed for planning an airport bomb attack got a job as Serco binman, a court heard. Andrew Rowe, who turned 50 today (thurs), disclosed his criminal record to his bosses but did not tell police as he was required to do.
