Serco faces unlimited fine over death of custody officer

Security giant Serco today (mon) admitted breaching health and safety laws after a court custody officer was killed by a prisoner she was escorting. The government security contractor failed to ensure the safety of Lorraine Barwell, 54, after she was kicked to death by Humphrey Burke in June 2015.
